PKMC: Nikki rose

This is for

Last two times in March we had this great festival over at PKMN Crossing: the War of the roses. Now March came around again and I just couldn't help but get this piece in my head. This time we will have something else so I wanted to still make it as a tribute piece towards this great event the moderators have given us before.

I am quite pleased with how it turned out. The only thing I don't like is that I only figured out I had forgotten two of her arms when the piece was already fully inked -_-' so no she didn't loose them, I just forgot. 

This is done is several different media. I sketched in pencil then inked, cut out paper for the rose background and pasted it in. Then I coloured Nikki and the roses with colouring pencils. And finally added finishing touches with gold paint. hope you all still like it.
